Orlando Pirates had a huge task ahead of their 2nd leg Semi-final game against Espearance having drawn their home leg 0-0.
The Bucs showed their serious intend from the word go and always threatened the Tunisian team goals. The game went to half-time with the teams tied at 0-0, but within 10 minutes of the 2nd half both teams managed to find the back of the net. Rooi Mahamutsa(52 mins) opened the scoring for the Bucanneers with his head from a Segolela corner kick but within 3 minutes Espearance equalised from the box with a simple tap in.
Pirates had tons of other chances to reclaim the lead but they scuppered all the opportunities, but they managed to hold on to book a place in the final through an away goal advantage.
Orlando Pirates will face either Coton Sports/ Al Ahly in the CAF champions league final.
