Premier League soccer club Arsenal have agreed a sponsorship deal with Hansa Pilsener beer.
The South African Breweries brand will become the English side’s official beer partner within
South Africa. It will have sole rights to use official Arsenal marks in the country on promotional
materials, and will give its consumers the chance to win signed Arsenal merchandise and trips to the Emirates Stadium.
Arsenal players will also appear in Hansa Pilsener campaigns. The financial terms of the deal were

partnership we will be able to offer exclusive access to the club while giving Hansa Pilsener

Khensani Nobanda, the general manager of Hansa Pilsner, added: “Hansa is a beer brewed for
dreamers; it’s a brand that represents pulling out all the stops until you reach your goal. There is no doubt that Arsenal’s 2014 FA Cup victory touched and inspired many a fan in South Africa who will be following closely as the team prepares to repeat this success.”
As winners of the FA Cup in 2013/14, Arsenal play Premier League champions Manchester City at Wembley Stadium on Sunday in the Community
Shield – the traditional curtain-raiser for the English soccer season.
Arsenal are really growing their brand and want to reach global support from fans. Who knows maybe they might have their pre-season games in South Africa soon.
