Zlatan Ibrahimovic has agreed to sign for MLS side LA Galaxy in the summer, according to reports in America.
The Swede maestro’s future at Man United has yet to be determined and the 35-year-old however most people cannot judge his performance in the PL as failure, he has managed to adapt swiftly. Ibrahimovic has been in fine form since joining United in the summer making 41 appearances and scoring 26 goals.
Ibrahimovic has the option of a further 12-month contract after joining the Red Devils on a free from Paris Saint-Germain last summer and he hinted that he would stay, saying he “never leaves a job unfinished”.
However, there has been interest from Italy and the MLS and the most recent reports in America claim a deal for Ibrahimovic to move on to LA Galaxy has been agree.
Fox Sports tweeted: “Confirmed from Europe. Zlatan Ibrahimovic will play for Galaxy.” It was accompanied by a mocked-up image of Ibrahimovic in an LA Galaxy shirt.
The associated news article said that the 35-year-old would be playing for the MLS side ‘soon’.
When asked last week about staying at Old Trafford he said he had not decided: “Let’s see what happens, we are talking.
“I have an option for another year, I want to do great as long as I’m here, so let us see, there is a lot of time.”
It would be sad to see him go, he clearly still has a lot to offer.

Itumeleng Khune seems to be ready to close Kaizer Chiefs as a chapter from his book, Bobby Motaung is very sour about the whole ordeal. The thought of losing Khune clearly brings a bitter taste to his taste buds as he has already started excluding him in team affiars.
According to Sunday World, Chiefs football manager Bobby Motaung ordered security to block Khune from running onto the pitch to celebrate with the team after the final whistle.
“They blocked him before he could come out of the tunnel. They told him Bobby said he must not go anywhere near the pitch,” a Sunday World source said.
It is alleged that Motaung feels the 27-year-old goal-minder, who is yet to extend his Chiefs contract, is no longer committed to the club.
Chiefs and Khune’s representative Dan Lichman have yet to reach an agreement regarding the goalkeeper’s immediate future.
Bobby Motaung did however give clarity on the matter, stating that there is absolutely no beef between himself and Khune.
There was no celebration by players on the pitch as fans took over, in the dressing room players congratulated each other and the coach (Stuart Baxter) froze the celebration as the team has three more games to finish.
Khune is serving a red card suspension surely we all know he can’t enter the field as Premier Soccer League DC just found our coach guilty of invading the pitch while on suspension.

Newcastle right-back Mathieu Debuchy has told reporters in France tonight that he will be leaving the Magpies for Arsenal this transfer window.
There are also unconfirmed reports that the Magpies have accepted a £7.9 million bid from the Gunners.
The France international is expected to undergo a medical in North London next week.
Arsene Wenger has managed to replace Sagna with a man that kept him on the bench for the duration of France’s entire world cup, great business by the Gunners manager.
